Laura Beth and Clover Hollow started playing together in 2007, just over the ridge from a beautiful rolling valley, Clover Hollow, nested in the Blue Ridge of Appalachia. The music that seems to seep out of the mountains of Virginia like pure water from a mountain spring, found it's way into the heart of our music. And so, while our roots - from Memphis blues to gospel, classical, and beyond - brought us together from various backgrounds, the tradition of music we've found here has shaped the core of who we are... growing ever deeper roots and ever higher branches, offering shade to any who care to come sit for while.
Our debut cd, The Mill Sessions, was released, December 2010.
